Please take a moment of silence and remember Glen Buxton (original Alice
Cooper Group guitarist) who passed away Sat. Oct. 18 from Pneumonia. Glen
will always be remebered as a great guitarist and gave the Alice Cooper
group the hard-edged image that they were so well known for. He will be
sadly missed - rest in peace Glen.

Finally, after an
excruciating three year wait, the new Ant-Bee album Lunar Muzik has been released on

The Ant-Bee (Billy James) is currently recording the fourth album Electronic Church Muzik and has completed the first two songs 1) Birth - the opening piece featuring mystical space whisper from Gilli Smyth, and 2) Living - featuring
Michael Bruce on guitars, bass and sitars. The most recent track for the new album being worked on is one of the three compositions by
Peter Banks called "Endless Journey" which will be featured on the new album. It features some majestic volume pedal work by Peter as well as some unique atmospheric bass playing by Mike
Logiovino. Speaking of Peter Banks (Yes, Flash) the Ant-Bee has been recording some drum and percussion tracks for Peter's new album called Production which will be released on ONE-WAY records USA late 97'. The Ant-Bee is also working on a version of that classic
"gfrofficial" spiritual extravaganza "I Can Feel Him In The Morning." It will be featured on the new Ant-Bee album and is being recorded with Rod Martin on guitars and Ronnie Newman on bass. Also the Ant-Bee has been corresponding with the
'Flo & Eddie' of furniture repair - The Furniture Guys - check out their innovative show on TLC - The Learning Channel! Finally check out the

Talking of Grand Funk Railroad: Mark, Don and Mel just released a live album called Bosnia. An anthology is also planned for early 1998, while Ant-Bee hopes to have his GFR book in the stores sometime during the summer of this year. Visit the

Peter Banks (Yes, Flash) has a new website which contains all kinds of rare
photos and information on the legendary guitarist - the address is http://www.nfte.org/Peter.Banks/ The FLASH live CD called Psychosync has been released on Blueprint Records UK
and contains some fantastic live recordings and radio broadcasts from the
early 70's. Peter has a new album released this month on HTD Records UK called

Jan Akkerman has a new double live CD out in Europe called 10,000 Clowns On A Rainy Day. It features material from his most recent studio album Focus In Time as well as some incredible live versions of some classic Focus material. Gong have been as active as ever with the release of the You- Remixes double CD which features electronic
groups like System 7 (Steve Hillage) and the Orb doing trance and ambient
remixes of the classic Gong album You.

Zoot Horn Rollo (Bill Harkleroad) is currently getting his new website together as well as working on new material for a solo album.

Ex-Alice Cooper Group member Michael Bruce has been very busy lately - his new website should

recording his new album which will feature some interesting guest artists
including some of the other ex-Alice Cooper group members. Michael has
recently played gigs with Rick Derringer and Al Stewart. He has also done
several radio performances and interviews. Check out the Guitar World
interview soon to be printed. Neal Smith has been putting together several
items for sale such as Neal Smith T-shirts, photos and signed drumsticks - all
of which can be obtained from his website. Neal and Michael hope to get
together soon and do some recording. Sadly it looks like an Alice Cooper group reunion is a very remote
possibility.
